ipod issues
If anyone knows how to "unfreeze" an ipod, please email me. My daughter's is frozen and I can't turn it off. I have googled for info and troubleshooting tips but nothing will work. It is frozen with the song name on it. I can't access the menu or get the screen to change in any way.

Avery's did that last year. Finally it just went off by itself! WHO KNOWS!!!!
Josh said to let the batteries run out and then it will shut off. Or there probably a pin hole on the back that you could stick something in to re set it. We aren't really sure....we do not have an ipod hhehe...just suggestions.
