this heat.................YUCK

I am soooo sick of this heat. It is like walking into a wall when you go outside. I saw on the news where the heat index here tomorrow will be 115. Am I confused or is this the hottest weather we have ever had???

My poor dogs are burning up. We have to keep a sprinkler going in their pen so they don't overheat. I have literally been feeding Rufus popsicles. He was so hot yesterday that he would not get up. We had to spray him for a long time before he would get up and come lay on the concrete in the carport with a fan on him. I am worried about him. I can't imagine him being able to handle heat that is worse than this. I also can't imagine having to bring his big tail in the house!

Although Max is hot, he isn't acting like Rufus is. I need to take him to Jenny and get him shaved.... Maybe one day this week.

I am ready for FALL WEATHER!!
