whatever you do...
don't come to my house! Both my kids are sick. Bad sick. J ended up in the ER with severe abdominal pain and vomiting that I cannot explain....so so so frequently and painful for her. She also has strep. I am sure K does too, since she was also home all day with 103.8 fever all day long. (J did go to school. She got this way when she got home) Poor Blake at at the ER for hours with us...... It was a long day! Praying today will be better. (And I have a sore throat now!)

oh my gosh!! strep and flu are going around in warren bad right now. i guess we are giving it to everyone in monticello now too. i hope they both (and you too) get better soon!
well, knock on wood, we all had flu shots so hoping we don't get that!!
Hope they both get to feeling better today...let me know if you need me to do anything.
oh great... i click over to this blog and find out everybody's sick here. i better spray lysol on my screen! i guess i'll be ge..... um, wait, nevermind. just get better.
I have heard that this virus is all over Monticello schools.... and I can tell you from my child's reaction, that these stomach pains are terrible. Although she is dramatic at times, she does not exxagerate pain, and this was BAD!

Shelley, here's praying that all of you get well soon! Too much illness at one time is SO stressful. You have such a busy busy full life. Hope you can find time to get some R&R. Have you read Joanna Weaver's book "Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World"? In one chapter, she speaks about how we often try to balance too many "hula hoops". It was a good reminder to me to have Christ as my center & look to Him for what activities/things I should release. May you draw your peace & strength from Him during this time of illness in your family.
Man when one gets it they all get it. I hope you all are doing better soon. HUGS
