oh my goodness.
It CANNOT get any worse than this. I have seen fist fights at "our" walmart over razor scooters, but thankfully there's never been a death before this one..... so so sad and unecessary.

Yeah,hubby said it was worse than ever before this morning.I read there was a shooting in a toys r us as well as some shoppers were run over in a parking lot in MO at a Wal mart there.CRAZY!

Yep there were 2 killed in a toys r ys...ITS NUTS!!! I will continue to stay home on Black Friday..I would much rather pay full price for the things I want or need rather than having to fight a crowd to get it.Ppl are just TOO CRAZY!
people are crazy. We did the Black Friday in little Rock. People were getting angry for no reason. Just because you can't get your buggy down a lane is no reason to huff and puff. It they would just take a second a look around, no one can move. it was a crazy day.
the true reason for Christmas has gotten so overwhelmed by the obscenity it has been turned into, we either need to abandon it altogether, or take an entirely different approach. what are the two things you hear about most in regard to Christmas?
1) are the retailers going to make a profit for the year this Christmas?
2) the crazies that do stuff like this.
when Christmas is boiled down to whether or not wal mart or jc penney is going to show a profit for the year, it's no longer a God-honoring proposition.
i propose that we take the money we would have spent on gifts for other people and give it to charity in the name of the person we would have bought the gift for.
