Now this is the kind of photography I wish I could do all the time

blog_chaney
As I have said many times before, I love sports photography. I like the challenge of chasing the action, quickly changing settings, and working with consistently changing light. Above pictured is Chaney Scott. She is nothing short of amazing on the soccer field. She has a wonderful attitude, and that stands out as much as her skill level.

I even like the collisions.... (no injury)
blog_joshua
Here is Joshua Henson. He is quite the soccer player as well. I also got to visit with his family (minus mom) and see baby Jadon, who I love. He has the best speech for any two year old I have ever seen!
blog_karsonkilcrease
The little girl pictured above is Karson Kilcrease. I am not sure who the boy is. Karson is a wildcat on the field!
blog_cole
Sweet Cole is playing now! That's him on the left. He was not too interested in being aggressive, but was having a blast. He smiled the entire time.
blog_colton
Lastly, here is my good friend Amber's son, Colton, on the right. He isn't too agressive either, but is getting there! These games are so full of action, I loved it.
I will have them posted on www.shelleysmithphotography.com tomorrow sometime. I have a TON.

Great pics! I know you had to be busy with something while you weren't answering the phone! LOL! I saw Trenton Mann or "Big Trent" as my "Little Trent" would say. He was is best friend all of his Jelly bean days! By the way to all who think the big and little thing is mean, I didn't make that up...that's what everyone at Jellybean called my Trenton and that Trenton so they both wouldn't come running when their names were called! He's still his friend on the playground now!

Thanks for taking some pictures of Cole. He looked so cute (I thought) out there running around and grinning. He didn't have a care in the world - not even about where the ball was. He was just following the crowd. The pictures of everyone are GREAT!

These are awesome. I haven't gotten too much into sports photography because I haven't been very good at it. Which lens are you using, your 85?

Awesome pics!! I love all of the facial expressions! The boy in the picture with Karson is Randall Carpenter. He is my nephew! Thanks Shelley for all the great photos!!!
