The loot from today

What else is there to do when we have gotten a foot of rain in two days and no one I know has electricity? GO SHOPPING WITH ROSJUANE, of course! We went to Lake Village today. I will have to say, the above pictured clock that I got for my living room is my favorite find. It was in the wonderful scratch and dent room, so that was even better; a deal! (Yeah, it's really 3 clocks, all connected)

I had decided a couple weeks ago that I wanted saddle style bar stools for the island bar, and that I only wanted two, and I wanted different colors. I knew my wonderful husband was going to go "huh?" when I told him that, so I decided I would eliminate that issue by going with Lumberjack black and orange ones :) He will never complain about that! I will buy other ones later, with backs, to go at the actual bar.

I got this vase for Karsyn's pig themed bedroom. The colors are perfect. Still haven't gotten a pig graphic together that I like, but I am still looking.

This piece will go on the mantle, assuming it isn't too tall. If it is, it will still go in the living room, because I loved the colors. I am going to use the photos below to go on the three holes on the right, and the bottom one is being printed on matboard and will be mounted in the big black area. I know it's odd.... A lot of this stuff is, but it's what I want. The squares on the bottom of that are all drawers.

I think the colors I got today go well with my feather arrangements (I have 3) and I know I want to incorporate this pic of my kids' hands, too.
