Wednesday Night

It's gonna be a long night.

Mike is gone to Memphis with Philley, Ronny, and "Flip" for a Toyota meeting. My kids act like they will die without their daddy here at night.

Jordan played the best at practice tonight that she ever has, and I really hate that her daddy missed it. She has gotten to be an excellent 2nd baseman, and I am very proud of her growth as an athlete. We have been blessed with a high spirited, fun loving team, and this year has been great. I am so glad she finally expressed an interest in playing. It's good to have family stuff like this on the agenda, even though it leaves us running all over at times. Tomorrow night our game is at 6:30. We will have a minimum of 3 players out. That will make things really difficult for us, but hopefully some of the girls will work out ok in a "new" position for that one night. Stacy has recruited her sister, LaChelle, and her neice, Lara, to help us out. We also have Meredith Daniels helping out, which has been great. She is a good influence on the little ones, and we love having her around. I am going to have to be sure to not forget to pick her up tomorrow night!

As for the raggedy tooth.....now I have fever to go with the pain. I am still hoping and praying that the meds will kick in soon. I have given up on taking the stuff for pain. It is pointless!

So now it's bath time, and get ready for bed time. Bedtime prayers (and their morning prayers) are Mike's thing, so I gotta prepare myself to fill in on that one. It takes about 10 mins per kid. Who knows what all they think is worthy of praying for, guess I am going to find out!

It's officially my last free Wednesday, Women's group starts back next week, and Blake and I are rarin' to go!
