Nursery Duty

Blake and I had nursery duty today. It has been made official that two will be in the nursery from here on out, because typically, there's a lot of babies, and they keep us BUSY! Katelyn shocked us today when she easily stayed with us with no getting upset at all. She laughed out loud and cut up the entire time.

Sam enjoys his time in the nursery because he LOVES to be loved on, and we take advantage of it. You can grab him and his blankie and hug all you want.

Kadie wasn't feeling too good, and quickly drifted off to sleep with some back patting going on. She slept almost the entire time.

Here is the aftermath....... But the mess was worth it, because they were all good. We have finally removed the extra baby bed from the nursery to give them more room. If anyone needs a baby bed for a grandparents house or etc, LET US KNOW! For now, it's in the CBR, but we want rid of it. It is tall, and metal, and a little smaller than a normal wooden type crib. (Mandy has instructed us to never put her kid in it because it looks kinda like a kid cage, lol!) The kids rarely let us put them down, IF they actually fall asleep at all, so the room to play is more valued than a bed at this point. (They are pretty much all over 1 yr now). We moved the swing to storage beside the stage, and that helped too.
We also celebrated Mr. Carpenter's birthday. If you see him walking around town, take a look at those new nike shox Journey church got him :)

KT, I will ask Mandy if she knows a price. It was donated, so I feel like anything you think is reasonable would be fine. We simply don't have room for it. It's yellow, and reminds me of the baby beds at Children's.
