The weekend.
You can't tell much at all from this video, other than the matter of fact way that Nicole C. Mullen speaks, which was my point. She has a no nonsense, this is HOW IT IS way of delivering her message, and that is why she is sucessful, in my opinion. She is REAL. And she is vibrant, and comes across as nothing but genuine. I would love to see her in concert. The music she performed this weekend (with children she mentors) was wonderful.
I enjoyed "Infinite Grace" very much, but will say the speakers lacked the depth that I expected. Sometimes it seemed like little more than a book commercial, but there was still a lot of information to enjoy, and to learn from. A couple of the speakers were very funny, and we had a good time listening to them. My favorite part was definitely when Nicole C. Mullen sang. She is great.
There were TONS of women there, from Arkansas, and all the surrounding states. We had the pleasure of hearing Max Lucado talk about his newest book, based solely on John 3:16. I would really like to check it out.
I got a paralell bible, FINALLY!! I have been looking for one that I liked for some time. I ended up going with a Message/NKJV one. I think I am going to like it a lot.
It was a good weekend with the girls!

Glad you enjoyed your weekend! When you have several or s lot of speakers spread out over a few days, it's hard for them to get into a lot of depth. One speaker for a whole weekend can delve much deeper into thier subject matter. That being said, it sounds like you still had a great time & I'm sure you'll read their books with a real awareness of the author as a person you now "know".
I definitely wish I could have heard a bit more of what she was saying.Infinite Grace sounded beautiful!!So glad you guys had a great time!
Oh man I can't watch the video thanks to slow as grass growing dial up.. but it sounds like you had a great time! I had to laugh at your "book commercial" comment.. I've so felt that way before!
I hate that we missed the afternoon session with Nicole Mullens. I was told by someone besides you that she was the highlight of the weekend. In fact, this person has googled her and found out some place she will be speaking by herself and is hoping to be able to go see her again. I enjoyed the other speakers, hearing more about their personal trials and how they have gotten through them with and because of GOD.
