Biopsy results due in tomorrow, please continue to pray

Thanks so much for the outpouring of love I am receiving daily in the form of prayers, emails, and calls. My mom keeps saying she has a "good feeling" and I pray she is correct. When my dad got a clean bill of health in his last colonoscopy, his email to me ended with: "I thank God that he has blessed me with more days to be with my girls. God has been good to me."

So I hope God will continue to be good to him, AND me, and keep him healthy for many more years.

As most of my friends know, my dad is one of 12 kids. Here are the remaining kids. My Uncle James, My aunt MaryAnn, My aunt Shirl, my dad, and my Uncle Kenny. My dad is #11.
My girls and I need him in our lives, and tonight we are praying with all our might that Dr. Safar is correct in his hope that this large mass is not cancer, but scar tissue.
....and for those that have mentioned in emails that they don't even know his name, it's Robert Reaves.

I'm so very ordinary
Nothing special on my own
I have never walked on water
I have never calmed a storm
Sometimes I'm hiding away from the madness around me
Like a child who's afraid of the dark
But when I call on Jesus
All things are possible
I can mount on wings like eagles and soar
When I call on Jesus
Mountains are gonna fall
Cause He'll move heaven and earthto come rescue me when I call
Weary brother
Broken daughter
Widowed, widowed lover
You're not alone
If you're tired and scared of the madness around you
If you can't find the strength to carry on
When you call on Jesus
All things are possible
You can mount on wings like eagles and soar
When you call on Jesus
Mountains are 'gonna fall
'Cause He'll move heaven and earthto come and rescue you when you call
Call him in the mornin'
In the afternoon time
Late in the evenin'
He'll be thereWhen your heart is broken
And you feel discouraged
You can just remember that He saidHe'll be there
When I call on Jesus
All things are possible
I can mount on wings like eagles and soar
When I call on Jesus
Mountains are gonna fall
'Cause He'll move heaven and earth
to come rescue me when I call

Shelley, that was a beautiful post! How precious in so many ways and the song; the song, was perfect. May He continue to lift you up and hold you near Him. Praying for good results today about your Dad's biopsy! When I saw the "ribbon" in a previous post, I finally figured out your Dad's name.
