One of Monticello's Finest....
Doing his job, and I LOVE IT. People that are NOT handicapped that park in handicapped spots get on my nerves. I took this pic with my phone today while waiting to pick up my kids.
Pictured is a Monticello police officer, kindly making someone MOVE!!!!!! WAY TO GO.
Not requiring a handicapped space is something to be happy about, not something to abuse :)

We dont even use a handicapped spots-and legally we can!
There is a couple in town that have a handicap thingy in "her" vehicle for "him" which very seldom do you see "him" in... But you see her using it ALL THE TIME and boy does that make me MAD! He is not even in the car and she is using it... That is just SO WRONG to me! Makes me want to make a CITIZENS ARREST every time I see her doing it!!!!!
