I hate it when one of the kids is sick and it is so nice outside!!! Hope you get her to feeling better.

I found your blog yesterday and think its great! I am so sorry that your child is ill. That is the worst. I hope you stick to the toast, but remember the whole BRAT diet too. The brat diet consists of bananas, rice, apples and toast... NO DAIRY! This should be for 24-48 hours. Let me know if I can help!
