Finally Friday!
This morning, the girls and I did a couple loads of clothes, and that was about all we accomplished before lunch!
We went to the Journey building to work on some things for Father's Day Sunday, and all the kids played while we did that.
It's funny how my two kids can't get along while together at home, but we can pile Jordan, Karsyn, Mason, Kate, and Adelyn in one room and they are fine.
We wrapped that up, and headed home. The kids played outside and I mowed the yard (in the rain.) The kids thought playing in the rain was the coolest thing ever.
We went by my old office (Monticello Timber, NOT Price) and talked to Cary at 5. He has had me come work a few days since I quit Price and he is really wanting me to come back. I worked there for five years, and I can wrap up most everything by working one day per week in office, and doing some from home. I am considering doing this again, because it was a good way to make some spending money, and I actually do enjoy working in the timber industry. My mom always kept the kids on the day I worked, so I still have to get with her about that, too.
So either way, I am following Michael's advice to pray about it and to think it through. The books at Monticello Timber are in a tremendous mess at the moment, so it's a lot to take on again.... WE WILL SEE!
At 6 we went to Ryburns and picked up Michael. We headed to Star City to eat at the BBQ shop, and made our typical rounds walking around the village. Once back in town we went to Dollar Tree to replinish our "arts and crafts" supplies, and on to Walmart because DR Pepper addict mom was out of em.
Now we are settled in at home, getting ready for bed.... and I am glad. It's been a long day!
Mike has to work tomorrow, and to mow at Journey. Other than that, I hope he plans to hang out and relax with us! He's been gone so much since getting the new job that I feel like we never see him. Looking forward to a great father's day weekend!

no, you're right. I don't remember you. I'm sorry. I'm racking my brain and I just can't place you. Loved your site and blog. You have some beautiful girls.
