COME AS YOU ARE TO WORSHIP!
Last Sunday we passed out cards and bibles, inviting anyone and everyone that we encountered to come check out our new journey building and to worship with us. Karsyn enjoyed letting people know that we are flip flop friendly, while Jordan handed out the reading material, and I had Karis on my hip saying "yeah yeah yeah!"
I REALLLLLLLLY do SERIOUSLY hope that ANY of my friends that do not currently attend church will come check it out........PLLLEEEEEASE give it some thought, at least.
Not sure how much "stranger" traffic this blog gets, but you, yes you, if you are someone that only knows me through the blogosphere, are invited too!
The new Journey building is located behind BP, across from Barkada. You are seriously encouraged to throw on your favorite jeans and flip flops, and "come as you are to worship" with all us journey-goers. The music of the praise band is AWESOME and you are sure to enjoy it, too. We have all ages of kids, from newborn Kaylee on up! We have a nicely equipped nursery, so don't let childcare hold you back!

shelley...you crack me up! you are such a people person...and that is so opposite of me...which really makes me admire you! i loved how you carried karis around. it's a perfect example of how we are all family...a community of people loving on each other while we all try to follow god's leading.
i also love the arts and crafts! i should take pictures of my girls at the school table sometime. i've often laughed at the thought of them returning to school because they're sure to be "bum-fuzzled" at the need to wear "real" clothes to school. i can't count the days of school in sequined dresses, ballet tutus, and old halloween costumes!
