IBC Uth
We had a little break last night.... in waiting for the sanctuary.... so of course, between Ashlee and I, there had to be a camera out.
It was a nice night, so we played around under the pavillion after study time... Can you tell it was fun???
Business meeting ran a little longer than we had thought about, so we moved back into the classroom so the kids could meet Ronny, and go over the songs for Saturday night. I was soooo impressed that they actually sang! (They love praise music... but singing... not really!) I think the decision to take them to Winter Jam was a GREAT one. Witnessing through music can be such a strong thing, I am so proud of Ashlee for getting them involved with the concert. Ronny talked with them about the power of music in his own life, and I think they were really listening.
Miss Rylee was taken in by it, too. She loved the clapping parts.
I hope everyone enjoys the music Saturday night, and brings something away from it. Those kids in the above photo have arms lifted in praise. That in itself is an amazing thing; for Ashlee and the other leaders to work with these kids and make them receptive to other outlets of learning and worship... such a wonderful thing...
