so, what's your office/computer area look like?
I have been asked this a few times, so I decided I would take a couple pics. (Pretend it isn't messy. I started to straighten it up, but then if you came over you would expect that, wouldn't you?)
That pink jar is the girl's night out jar, though it hasn't been used since I had a full time job, and we used to have "month end parties" because M.E. was brutal!
I am very much a keepsake person. I have a lot of stuff like this, and keep a lot of it in view.
and before anyone has a stroke, it's a BB gun. And it is locked.
So what's your computer area look like?

Waaaaaaaaaaaaay messier than that.Actually right now its not that interesting,the monitor is still on my bedside table.So just add a few soda cans,LOL,tums,milk of magnesia,vaseline,my cell,computer mouse,20 books,3 bags of candy,a lamp and a newspaper and you have my computer "area".LOL
I love your area! I have a laptop, but I just use the kitchen table, that way no little hands get to it (too often) and I can see the living room and the boys playing all the time that I'm at the computer. At night sometimes I watch tv and use it at the couch, but I think having a desk space area is nice.
If it's quiet time and I'm on the computer I always have a hidden bowl of chocolate candy next to me and a coke too.
Due to ongoing construction in what will one day be the office, plus a 3 month delay in getting cat. 5 cable dropped to where my desktop computer goes, I'd been working exclusively from my laptop on the coffee table in our living room since july. Needless to say, coffee table was buried under a mountain of papers. I finally finished the drywall in the office and we got the cable run, so the office is semi set up with 2 desks... one holds the desktop computer, one is where I set up shop with the laptop. they're both in the process of being covered in more paper. some liar somewhere back in the day told me that getting a computer will cut down on hard copies of things. ho.ho.ho.
i'm interested in knowing about your arm wrestling plaque/trophy/whatever you said it was... did you win an arm rasslin championship???
fun! :-) your desk is a lot more organized looking than mine.. I have like no storage ... oh well. Ive posted a pic before.. its somewhere...
