Welcome to Shake Shack & Nutrition, one of Monticello’s newest businesses. It is owned and operated by Brandi Williams. It is located at 518 W. Gaines, inside Sun Country Tanning.

We offer healthy and delicious alternatives for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We specialize in great tasting meal replacement shakes, 28 great flavors, that will get you on your way to good health which, as a by-product, could help you lose weight. We also carry teas that have antioxidant properties and are metabolism boosters that burn 80 calories just drinking the 16 ounce tea itself!


They come in 4 great tasting flavors. We have a wellness coach onsite and if you call, or drop-in, and schedule FREE health evaluation you will receive a FREE shake and tea of your choice!


We are open Monday through Friday, 7am – 5 pm.
