you know what?

it's reallllly frustrating to do tons of portrait sittings for certain families..... at very discounted rates...... and find out that I am now being bypassed for Walmart Portrait Studio! What a slap in the face!!

Sure, it's been raining lately, and that limits me, but even photographers in full blown studios require a few days notice before booking in most situations. I would REALLLLY appreciate the opportunity to have your business! Please don't turn to Walmart and their cheesy backgrounds! Is it possible to get good photos there? Sure. Dana's mother in law took her boys there and got some really cute ones. But Dana deals with me, and I appreciate that. I value each and every person that entrusts me with their photos. I try and be as cheaply priced as possible, delivering the best finished product I can put out. My prices will go through a slight increase, due to the cost of backgrounds and stands and lights and the typical growth costs ALL photographers have. (backgrounds alone set me back over $100, not to mention the stand) I will always price my products as reasonably as possible.

For now, I have expanded to seamless paper, therefore I do have backgrounds. I am going to work on continuing to shoot in all natural light for now, as I get the hang of my friend's light set up. So, once we have sunlight available, I have a brand new roll of pink, brown, and black. I also have a nice new (portable) stand.

Contact me at shelley23@gmail.com if you are interested, or have questions. I am also available for weddings, and can cater my wedding packages to meet your needs.

wal-mart can never take the place of a custom photography session. They do get a good picture every now and then but like the saying goes even a blind squirrel finds a nut sometimes.
