my kids

The girls brought home their progress reports a couple of days ago, and I never got around to mentioning them. They both are A students, and we are very proud of them. The both have a 100% average in reading. I am so glad they both love to read like I do! Karsyn also has a 100% average in spelling, so I am hoping continues to do well with that. I always loved spelling, too.

Jordan also did exceptionally well on this reading exam. I am probably most proud of this because as I have said before, Jordan was supposed to be extremely brain damaged, and have cerebral palsy from intraventricular hemmorhage. The bleeding was very severe, and big. The miracle that healed her, though, was bigger. Just another one of God's miracles, that you witness anytime you see my daughter. The above picture is one I snapped yesterday while they played with Jack Jack and Jagger. I always forget to take them of my OWN kids, haha. Notice the closed mouth smile.... She is not digging the jackolantern teeth she has at the moment!

Karsyn is doing very well in school, as far as the work part goes. She has a 99 in math, and is reading extremely well. Her behavior leaves something to be desired, but we are working on that. She is my "hard to reach" child. I don't know what we are doing wrong, that is making her withdrawn. Pray for us! We are blessed with a great teacher for her, so we are working together to work out the kinks. Regardless, I am proud of my girls!

HOORAY! It's so reassuring to get it solidly on paper that your kids are doing A-Okay in school. :) You should definitely be proud!
