This is the house we are in the process of buying. We are doing quite a few renovations to it. A new roof will be put on in the next couple of weeks. We have also gotten a couple of siding quotes, but I am not sure if we will do that just yet. We are very pleased with the neighborhood! It's not like a subdivision in the least. (It has a 4 acre yard, and so do the ones around it)

It is built into the side of a hill. Entering the front door puts you on the second floor.


It has a wonderfully secluded back yard that is not viewable from any of the neighboring homes. There's also a nice shop that has everything from a/c to cable. Behind that is a dog pen. We will be building something larger for the dogs in the near future.

The concrete wall is a pretty steep drop off. It's clear from the tracks that there will be a lot of deer to watch from the patio and upper deck.

This is the deck that comes off the second floor. It is accessible from a couple of rooms, and runs the length of the house. I LOVE this part. There are also stairs from the exterior to get there.



Behind the puppy (and I don't know who he belongs to!) is the patio that comes off the master bedroom doors. Once again, I love this. I read all the time, and know I will spend a lot of time out there.



I am loving all the natural light opportunities for my pics!!

My kids will love this driveway on their scooters, too. I will post more when it's done, and include the interior. For now, it has the owner's stuff in it, and I don't want to invade their privacy. We should close sometime next week, we hope!
