Slow down.
I don't care how happy they look, this is crazy.
Even if you can monetarily afford that many kids, (and I have a VERY hard time believing they can), there's no way there's enough time and attention for that many babies.
You know how many SNL style jokes are being made about Arkansans because of this?
I admit I am intruiged by Jon and Kate + eight, but this is insane.

I agree totally. Learning to parent your younger siblings and have responsibilty is a good thing, but in moderation. The mom has to rely too much on her older children to handle the little ones. Kids deserve to be kids! One should not be doing laundry for an army at 11 years old!
I am all for "large" fams, but this is excessive. I do feel they are good people, but there's a point when "enoughs enough."
I also agree, coming from a family with 10 children, there is NO WAY 2 parents can adequately give each child what they need emotionally & spiritually, not to mention materially. To me it's not helping the kids to have this many siblings. I love all of mine and wouldn't trade them for anything, but the dinamic of the adult child/parent is different with this many kids.
It is wild, but you know it used to kinda be the norm back in the day. I struggle with 2, so I can only imagine!
WOW, that's one big family!! On that note, Happy Mother's Day to you and all your bloggers!
Well you know I am very intrigued by this bunch, mostly at how they make it work, dont know if I could handle 18(probably not)....but they still interest me.
