making some changes

I am considering selling out my gear in order to make the jump to a Nikon D300.
I have:
(all in excellent working order)
Canon 40D, paid $1299.95 11-13-07 (have proof of purchase)
85 mm 1.8, paid $339.95 4-25-06 (have proof of purchase)
50 mm 1.8, paid $119.95 6-12-07 (have proof of purchase)
550EX speedlite, very small crack on the flip down piece, does not affect it in the least. Do not have receipt (at least not on hand at the moment, but I do believe I have it somewhere) but paid $500 for it.
Promaster sync cord for speedlite, $50
I am selling all this together in a lot, if I sell it at all. I also have a rebel xt and a 30D. The rebel is in excellent working order, but the 30D is in need of service. I have an error coming up on the LCD and haven't sent it in yet, as it is a backup camera. So, excluding the rebel and the 30D, I have $2309 in this equipment. All reasonable offers will be considered. You can email me at shelley23@gmail.com, and I can answer any questions you may have.
Thanks!
I also have a (slow) 70-300, and a few other kit lenses. In case you are wondering, all lenses are canon, not sigma or tamron or any other off brand. You cannot use Canon lenses on Nikon camera bodies, or I would keep them.
When Michael brought up the idea of selling out, and starting over, I figured I would give it a shot and see if I had any takers.
