RUN!!!!!!!

My brother Lance ran in the Little Rock Half Marathon this weekend. There were about 9,000 people running Saturday, in the 5K, half marathon, and full marathon combined. The half marathon is 13.1 miles. Lance finished really well, and did better than his goal time. He finished in 1 hour and 48 minutes! So, that means he was averaging about a mile every 8 minutes 19 seconds. He was 214th out of 2177 people that finished the half marathon. He was 19th in his age division, out of 156 people. Not bad at all! I did not inherit the marathan/triathlon/duathlon genes!!
