so ready for summer again

I am ready for some WARM, non wet, pretty weather! One of the reasons Mike works so hard is because he hates the idea of daycare. Neither of my kids was in daycare until they were 5. We hated their bad attitudes and cranky nights when they were in afterschool daycare, and "all day" daycare in the summer. As soon as it was financially possible, I quit my job and went back to staying home. Hopefully, that's where I will be forever. I don't like to sound like I have no ambition, but I don't want a "real" job in the least. My only ambition is to be as good of a mom as I can! Last summer, we spent a ton of time at Lake Monticello, Moro Bay, various pools, the beach, and etc. My kids love water as much as I do. And it's one of the blessings I am enjoying now, to have kids that don't need a nap, and that sunblock will last all day on! We also went to Little Rock some, to the museum, the zoo, Jump Zone, Chuck E Cheese, and Wonder Place. It was really fun. I am so ready to get out there and do it again!

One of my kids' favorite places is Moro Bay. They ask all the time when we can go back. I am looking forward to calling Paul soon.

Although we have made a trip to the beach for the last several years, we are 90% sure this year we will go to Orlando to Disney instead. Last time we drove down to Daytona for a bit, but we probably won't this year. I am going to miss my beach trip! Dana is having a fit for another girl trip to Orange Beach, and that just might happen! I usually go on a girl getaway....... but missed it last year due to finances. Hope I don't miss it in 08!
