Gone to Meme and Papaw's!

The kids are headed to Warren with Michael, to spend a couple days with the grandparents. This breadk could not have come at a better time! I have to work tomorrow, and I also have hot mom's club (ok, it's a church thing, I guess we should not call it that, haha). We are really enjoying our man-free kid-free time together.
I am also excited about the small groups. We learned a lot at the Core group meeting yesterday, and can't wait to see some new things develop.

Now I am off to enjoy a quiet night of reading and relaxing with no screaming girls! I took notes at church Sunday for the first time. I am hoping to do some studying during the week on what Jeff and Ryan cover. I jotted down all the reference passages, and tried to write down the key points. Guess I'll find out in a minute if I did a good job. But that's the good thing about Jeff being a computer guru, you can get an email response at the speed of light if you have a question, so I will just bug him later if I want anything.
(I think he was preaching to me Sunday anyway........anyone else get that feeling?)

Hope the kids miss me! I know I will miss them, IF they actually end up being gone two days straight it will be the first time in their lives that they have spent two days away from me :)

I get that often when they are preaching. I don't know what it is, but I feel like they are looking at me.

Little did you know that the Journey site has a spouse sermon suggestion form, and Mike's been using it a lot lately... ;)
