Gavin Jacobs
Gavin is the son of Dr. Robert Jacobs and his wife, Tonya Jacobs. Gavin's daddy is the dr that cared for my daddy in the ER, and Tonya recently went into business with my friend, Tiffany, doing party planning. (Small world, huh!)
Gavin is turning 2 soon, and these are his 2 year pics.
